- The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided to validate the return request.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are explicitly excluded from our full return and refund policy:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging.
- Free or promotional items, including but not limited to mystery gifts, product samples, discount coupons, or other complimentary items provided with your order.
- Shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Alternative Solutions for Opened Products
For products that have been opened or used and therefore are not eligible for a full refund, we offer the following alternative solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement Product: We may offer to send a replacement product at no additional cost.

- A 50% refund of the purchase price may be offered to cover partial costs
- In certain circumstances, an 80% refund may be considered, with 20% retained to cover administrative and processing fees

These alternatives are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. GloWell reserves the right to determine which solution is appropriate based on the specific circumstances.
Return Process and Procedures
To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit the Contact Us page on our website and enter your order number and email address.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return, including the address to which the product should be shipped.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging and include all relevant documentation, such as the order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is necessitated by an error on the part of GloWell.
Refund Process and Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For partial refunds, the same timeline applies, but only the approved percentage of the purchase price will be refunded.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
GloWell is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the shipping carrier as delivered but are reported as lost, stolen, or misdelivered. In such cases, we will provide the customer with the relevant tracking information, delivery confirmation, and shipping carrier details to assist in resolving the issue. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or shipping carrier for further investigation.
International Orders and Shipping Delays
For international orders, additional shipping time should be expected. Tracking information may sometimes show delays or periods without updates as packages clear customs and move between different carriers. These delays are beyond GloWell's control and do not qualify for refunds based solely on shipping timeframes.
Processing Delays
During high-volume periods, order processing may take longer than the standard 1-2 business days. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur. These standard processing and shipping delays do not qualify for compensation or refunds.
Product Application and Results
Our products require proper application according to the provided instructions to achieve optimal results. Failure to follow application instructions does not constitute grounds for a refund. We encourage customers to carefully review and follow all product usage guidelines.
